1. Order Processing

When you place an order with us, we want to ensure you’re informed about the order processing timeline. Our dedicated team takes care of various tasks, including system entry, verifying details like addresses, managing inventory, and coordinating with different teams.

Please note that order processing usually takes 1-3 days, excluding weekends, public holidays, and the time of order placement. For instance, if you place an order on a Friday evening after 6:00 PM, our team will begin processing it on Monday morning. 2.Shipping

FREE WORLDWIDE shipping.

Delivery time averages around 4-9 days for the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Canada, Netherlands.

Other locations may take 10-15 business days for delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number. Please note that if you ordered multiple items, they might be shipped in separate packages.

To get the most accurate delivery date, keep an eye on the tracking information we provide in the shipping confirmation email. If for some reason you don’t have access to the shipping confirmation email, visit our tracking page to see the status.

Buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes such as VAT that may apply.

COVID-19

Customs or post services delays may occur due to covid-19 or holidays, so we advise placing your order as early as possible. It’s your responsibility to pay for your country’s custom duties if required. Free shipping applies after any discounts or promotions have been applied.

Regarding COVID-19, we’re taking extra precautions to ensure that your packages are handled safely and responsibly. Our shipping carrier hasn’t announced any delays in delivery, but international orders may take up to 1 week before entering the domestic country due to flight restrictions and reduced staffing.

Packaging

If you’ve ordered multiple items, please allow some time for all of your items to arrive, as they might be shipped in separate packages. If you haven’t received a confirmation email after making your payment, kindly check your spam folder, and if you still haven’t received it, feel free to contact us at sales@lulushore.com.

Cancel Order

To request a cancellation for your order, please reach out to us at sales@lulushore.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that if the 24-hour window has passed, we might not be able to grant a refund as your order may have already been processed and shipped. We encourage you to act promptly if you wish to cancel your order to increase the chances of a successful refund. Thank you for understanding.

RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGE

1.Damaged / Not As Advertised Returns

We are pleased to inform you that we have implemented a convenient no-need-to-return policy for damaged and items not as advertised. If you receive a damaged item or an item that does not match the advertised description, there’s no need to worry about returning it. Instead, simply provide us with a few pictures (preferably taken in daylight) as evidence of the issue, and we will process a full refund for you.

Please note that minor color variations may occur due to factors such as variations in computer screens, photography lighting, and other variables. We strive to accurately represent our products, but slight differences may occur.

2. No Reason Returns

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may no longer want the items you ordered. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

It’s important to note that if you choose to return the parcel without a valid justification, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as a 30% stock handling and order administration fee based on your order price. Once we receive the parcel in its original condition with the original label, you will be credited 70% of the order value.

Please ensure that you do not return the items to the address on your package, as this is not the designated return address and may affect the processing of your return.

For items valued at over $100, we recommend using a trackable delivery service or obtaining shipping insurance. We cannot provide a refund or exchange for items that are lost in transit without proof of shipment.

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been processed, you will receive an email notification. Please allow for a period of 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

If you still haven’t received the refund after checking your bank account, the next step is to contact your bank directly. They may be able to provide further information or assist in resolving any issues related to the refund.
